This is the barn that was started in 2004 with a 2 stall run-in. We have slowly added to it and it is currently at 6 stalls with a 10 ft. alleyway and the poles are set to expand it another 20 ft and soon as time permits. This barn was built of almost all re-cycled materials from the posts to the tin on the roof. The biggest expense so far has been nails and hardware such as hinges and latches.
Most of the outside walls and some of the other lumber is pallets. Some of which were pulled apart so the lumber could be used. Countless hours have been spent pulling nails but the cost of the lumber was $0.
