We are Billy and Mary Bennett of Shawnee, Oklahoma. We began our adventure with Miniature Horses in 1979 when we purchased a stallion named Comanche. In 1980, we then continued to pursue our love of miniatures and purchased six mares. That same year, during a storm, lightning hit a tree in the pasture. All of our Miniature Horses were standing beneath the tree and were killed instantly. Then in 2001, our big horse Cricket also passed away.
We had been without horses, until one day when my sister and I saw Lady, a Miniature Horse, at an auction and decided to bring her home. Since then, more miniatures have joined our family that we would love for you to meet..
We have decided to keep our Miniature Horse family small. That way, we can offer them each lots of daily care and personalized attention. Our horses are registered with AMHA, AMHR or both, but we are not breeders, nor do we show them. However they are still champions in our book, and they are here for our own personal enjoyment as valuable family members. You won't find any horses for sale here, because they are with us for life.
